FEFCO 0119 Box Template Generator
Sheet, slit lengthwise and creased crosswise. The same three creases as 0113, plus a lengthwise partial-cut within the outermost band (v1) that lets that band split and spread as the sheet folds, rather than staying a single flat panel.
Not yet plate-checked. This template folds, closes and exports cleanly, but its blank has not yet been matched against the standard's own drawing in detail. Treat it as a starting point and check it before you spend anything.
What is FEFCO 0119?
FEFCO 0119 is a supplied roll or sheet of board rather than a made-up case — the raw material other styles are cut from. The same three creases as 0113, plus a lengthwise partial-cut within the outermost band (v1) that lets that band split and spread as the sheet folds, rather than staying a single flat panel.
Uses
- General packing where a simple, economical board box is wanted
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock

- No standard style suits every product; check the fit against a sample before committing to a tool
