FEFCO 0621 Box Template Generator

What is FEFCO 0621?
FEFCO 0621 is assembled from more than one part and delivered made-up rather than flat, so they hold their shape before being filled. Cut twice from one tool: each piece is a long side, an end, the free overlap strip and a second end, with half-depth flaps above and below. Two of them interlock into the box, so there are no separate end panels at all.
Uses
- Jobs where the depth or the fit has to be adjusted after packing
Advantages
- Locks closed without glue or tape, which saves a consumable and a step
Disadvantages
- Needs 2 separate pieces, so there is more than one tool and more than one part to handle
- Delivered made-up rather than flat, so it costs more to store and to ship empty
- Hand-locking takes longer per box than a taped or glued closure

Single wall B or E flute, frequently lined or wrapped. These are set-up boxes, so board stiffness matters more than crush resistance.
