FEFCO 0320 Box Template Generator

Two telescoping slotted bodies. Two slotted wraps sliding into each other — the outer closes the top, the inner closes the bottom. Between them the case is fully closed and double-walled wherever they overlap, which is a lot of strength for two simple blanks.

What is FEFCO 0320?

FEFCO 0320 is built from two or more pieces, most often a separate lid over a body, so the depth can vary with what is packed. Two slotted wraps sliding into each other — the outer closes the top, the inner closes the bottom. Between them the case is fully closed and double-walled wherever they overlap, which is a lot of strength for two simple blanks.

Single wall B or C flute is usual. The lid and body are often the same board; a heavier body under a lighter lid is worth considering where only the body carries the stack.
