Measured against the p.82 plate with scripts/plate-diff.py: score 1.000, MATCH, cut 1.000 found / 1.000 extra, crease 1.000 / 1.000. A square 128.89 on the side with four tabs punched into it, each 0.375 by 0.2083 of the side with a 0.0625 chamfer on one corner, and each hinged on one edge — those four hinges are the only fold lines on the page. The tabs are drawn as internal strokes, not as panels: a panel laid inside another panel shares no edge with it, so the engine would derive neither the hinge nor the punched outline and the tabs would vanish from the exported file. The blank is therefore declared flat: the sheet is a pad and never folds, and the four tab hinges reach the exported file as crease strokes. WHAT IS NOT SYMMETRIC: the lower-right tab sits 24.16 off the bottom edge where its opposite number sits 16.11 off the top, so the pinwheel is not one shape rotated four times. That is what the plate draws and it is kept.
