ECMA 2022 code newly claimed. The p.25 plate hangs BOTH tuck lids, tongues and all, over the THIRD panel from the glue seam, with a dust flap either side at both ends and the first panel carrying nothing — one continuous fold pattern top and bottom over the same column. That is what 20/20 and 03/03 say, and it is a straight tuck end mirrored: STE's own confirmed A20.20.01.01 draws the identical arrangement over panel 1 instead.
