Uses
- High-volume packing lines, since a pre-glued blank erects in one movement

Recommended board grades
Folding boxboard or solid bleached board, typically 250–450 microns. Heavier board for larger cartons, lighter where the carton is filled by machine.

Two ECMA 2022 codes newly claimed, and they are one carton. A55.01.01.00 (p.26) and A01.55.00.01 (p.19) are the same drawing turned over: the same four base flaps, the same nothing at the open end, and the same glue lap, one with the base at the foot of the sheet and the other at the head. That is what the codes say too — 55/01 against 01/55 is the same pair of closures with which end is called the bottom swapped. The base itself is now drawn as its plates draw it, four flaps each staying inside its own panel column; see snapLockBottom for the measurements. Both are checked against their own page.
