Measured against the p.83 plate with scripts/plate-diff.py: score 0.972, MATCH, cut 0.973 found / 0.972 extra, crease 1.000 / 1.000. A cross 129.34 square: base 68.02 on the side, four flaps 30.66 deep running the full width of the base with both outer corners rounded on 5.57, and the cross corners cut away so no flap touches another. Through the base, centred, a creased circle of radius 22.86 — 0.3361 of the base side — with sixteen radial cuts at 22.5 degrees running inward 9.14, exactly 0.4 of the radius. The circle is drawn as an ellipse on the two base dimensions so it stays centred when the base is not square; the plate draws it at A = B.
