Tapered sleeve with a domed foot Box Template Generator

Tapered sleeve with a domed foot. A tapered blank folded down one line into a slim wedge, with a domed flap die-cut out of the fold near the bottom: half of it hinges off the left panel and half is cut free, so it swings out as a foot that stands the sleeve up.

Checked against the plate. This blank has been compared side by side with the drawing in the FEFCO Code, 12th Edition, and matches. That is a statement about the drawing, not a guarantee — always cut and fold a sample before committing to a die.

Measured against the p.85 plate with scripts/plate-diff.py: score 1.000, MATCH, cut 1.000 found / 1.000 extra, crease 1.000 / 1.000. The page gives this code no dimension letters at all, so the blank's own two sides — 87.16 by 129.47 — are the dimensions. One fold runs at x = 29.05 and the plate INTERRUPTS it, drawing it from the bottom edge to y 22.74 and again from 42.94 to the top. In the gap sits the foot: a dome on a circle of radius 20.50 about (26.74, 26.22), cut off at 22.74, notched 3.79 by 3.28 at its crown where the fold runs into it, with a flared tail out to 49.26. Its base is dashed from 6.32 to 29.05 and solid from 29.05 to 49.26, so half the dome hinges and half is cut free. The three panels touch exactly where the plate creases and are parted by 0.004 of the height everywhere it cuts, because the engine turns any shared edge into a fold.
