Measured against the ECMA 2022 p.50 plate with scripts/plate-diff.py. Five trapezoid walls, 19.97 at the narrow end and 31.95 at the wide, slant 40.38. Intersecting the outermost two radial creases puts the apex at (21.39, -15.42); all six narrow-end corners then lie 67.31 from it and the five walls measure 17.1, 17.1, 17.0, 17.1 and 17.0 degrees, against 67.31 and 17.07 solved from the edge lengths. Pentagon lid and base on the third wall, glue lap 5.99. Note the plate splits four of the five wide-end creases at their midpoints, which is a drawing artefact, not ten walls. MATCH at 0.924 (cut 0.999/0.997, crease 1.000/1.000), plate-diff, ECMA reader at 6e70006.
