FEFCO 0911 Box Template Generator
Tray liner with corner flaps. A base with a wall folded up on all four sides, plus a square corner flap hinged to each side wall and slit free of the end wall beside it. The flaps fold in behind the end walls, so the corners are closed and the tray holds its shape without glue.
Checked against the plate. This blank has been compared side by side with the drawing in the FEFCO Code, 12th Edition, and matches. That is a statement about the drawing, not a guarantee — always cut and fold a sample before committing to a die.
What is FEFCO 0911?
FEFCO 0911 is a part that goes inside another box — a partition, pad, liner or corner piece — rather than a container in its own right. A base with a wall folded up on all four sides, plus a square corner flap hinged to each side wall and slit free of the end wall beside it. The flaps fold in behind the end walls, so the corners are closed and the tray holds its shape without glue.
Uses
- Protecting or separating goods inside a larger case
- High-volume packing lines, since a pre-glued blank erects in one movement
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
- Arrives glued and flat, and erects quickly by hand or by machine
- Cut from offcuts or lighter board than the outer case, so it adds little cost
Disadvantages
- The glued joint sets the minimum order — short runs are rarely economical
Typical industries
- General packing and light manufacturing
Recommended board grades
Single wall B or C flute for partitions and pads. Where the fitment carries the load rather than the outer case, match or exceed the outer box’s board.
