FEFCO 0931 Box Template Generator

What is FEFCO 0931?
FEFCO 0931 is a part that goes inside another box — a partition, pad, liner or corner piece — rather than a container in its own right. A denser interlocking grid built from four sets of notched strips rather than two, giving a lattice of small cells. Used for glassware and anything that must not touch its neighbour.
Uses
- Protecting or separating goods inside a larger case
- Jobs where the depth or the fit has to be adjusted after packing
Advantages
- Locks closed without glue or tape, which saves a consumable and a step
- Cut from offcuts or lighter board than the outer case, so it adds little cost
Disadvantages
- Needs 7 separate pieces, so there is more than one tool and more than one part to handle
- Hand-locking takes longer per box than a taped or glued closure

Recommended board grades
Single wall B or C flute for partitions and pads. Where the fitment carries the load rather than the outer case, match or exceed the outer box’s board.
