FEFCO 0704 Box Template Generator

What is FEFCO 0704?

FEFCO 0704 is delivered glued and flat, and erected by pushing them open — the base forms itself or locks with one movement. The full-panel auto bottom of 0701 with flaps sized to meet exactly at the centre on top — half the breadth on the long panels, half the length on the short ones — the same closure as 0712, over the stiffer floor.

Advantages

Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
Arrives glued and flat, and erects quickly by hand or by machine

Disadvantages

The glued joint sets the minimum order — short runs are rarely economical

Single wall B or E flute. The glued joints want a board that takes adhesive well; heavily coated liners can be a problem.
