FEFCO 0712 Box Template Generator

What is FEFCO 0712?
FEFCO 0712 is delivered glued and flat, and erected by pushing them open — the base forms itself or locks with one movement. Crash-lock base with flaps on top sized so both pairs meet exactly at the centre — half the breadth on the long panels, half the length on the short ones. Closes flush with no overlap and no gap.
Uses
- Transit and e-commerce packing, where the box is handled by a carrier
- High-volume packing lines, since a pre-glued blank erects in one movement
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
- Arrives glued and flat, and erects quickly by hand or by machine
Disadvantages
- The glued joint sets the minimum order — short runs are rarely economical

Single wall B or E flute. The glued joints want a board that takes adhesive well; heavily coated liners can be a problem.
