FEFCO 0723 Box Template Generator
Ready-glued square carrier with corner handle. A square crash-lock carrier: a tall handle panel rises out of one corner of each long wall, and the wall beneath it is slit into diagonal fins that fold in and quarter the box. Erects, partitions and closes in one movement, and lifts by the handle.

What is FEFCO 0723?
FEFCO 0723 is delivered glued and flat, and erected by pushing them open — the base forms itself or locks with one movement. Uses
- Protecting or separating goods inside a larger case
- High-volume packing lines, since a pre-glued blank erects in one movement
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
- Arrives glued and flat, and erects quickly by hand or by machine
- Cut from offcuts or lighter board than the outer case, so it adds little cost
Disadvantages
- The glued joint sets the minimum order — short runs are rarely economical

Recommended board grades
Single wall B or E flute. The glued joints want a board that takes adhesive well; heavily coated liners can be a problem.
