FEFCO 0759 Box Template Generator
Ready-glued double-wall tray with lid. Webbed corners, double side walls and a lid hinged off the back, delivered glued and flat. About as much protection as a one-piece corrugated box can give without going to a rigid construction.

What is FEFCO 0759?
FEFCO 0759 is delivered glued and flat, and erected by pushing them open — the base forms itself or locks with one movement. Webbed corners, double side walls and a lid hinged off the back, delivered glued and flat. About as much protection as a one-piece corrugated box can give without going to a rigid construction.
Uses
- High-volume packing lines, since a pre-glued blank erects in one movement
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
- Arrives glued and flat, and erects quickly by hand or by machine
Disadvantages
- The glued joint sets the minimum order — short runs are rarely economical

Recommended board grades
Single wall B or E flute. The glued joints want a board that takes adhesive well; heavily coated liners can be a problem.
