FEFCO 0705 Box Template Generator

What is FEFCO 0705?
FEFCO 0705 is delivered glued and flat, and erected by pushing them open — the base forms itself or locks with one movement. The full-panel auto bottom of 0701 under a full hinged lid that tucks shut, the same lid-and-tuck top 0713 draws over the four-flap crash lock — the stiffer floor under the workhorse top.
Uses
- High-volume packing lines, since a pre-glued blank erects in one movement
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
- Arrives glued and flat, and erects quickly by hand or by machine
Disadvantages
- The glued joint sets the minimum order — short runs are rarely economical

Single wall B or E flute. The glued joints want a board that takes adhesive well; heavily coated liners can be a problem.
