FEFCO 0716 Box Template Generator

What is FEFCO 0716?
FEFCO 0716 is delivered glued and flat, and erected by pushing them open — the base forms itself or locks with one movement. A case with a perforated line across the front and diagonally back along each side. Tear the front away on the shop floor and what is left is a display tray with the product already faced up.
Uses
- Transit and e-commerce packing, where the box is handled by a carrier
- Retail and gift packaging, where the box is seen by the customer
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
Disadvantages
- No standard style suits every product; check the fit against a sample before committing to a tool

Recommended board grades
Single wall B or E flute. The glued joints want a board that takes adhesive well; heavily coated liners can be a problem.
