FEFCO 0443 Box Template Generator
Slim wrap with corner ears, ears on the back wall. A four-panel wrap closed by a short radiused lip, with end-wall flaps on the two large faces only. Corner ears hinge sideways off the back wall flap and are trapped behind the front one; the outer pair is chamfered so they clear each other.
Not yet plate-checked. This template folds, closes and exports cleanly, but its blank has not yet been matched against the standard's own drawing in detail. Treat it as a starting point and check it before you spend anything.
What is FEFCO 0443?
FEFCO 0443 is cut and creased from a single blank that folds up around the product, usually without a glued joint. A four-panel wrap closed by a short radiused lip, with end-wall flaps on the two large faces only. Corner ears hinge sideways off the back wall flap and are trapped behind the front one; the outer pair is chamfered so they clear each other.
Uses
- General packing where a simple, economical board box is wanted
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
Disadvantages
- No standard style suits every product; check the fit against a sample before committing to a tool

Single wall B or E flute. E flute where the outside will be printed, since the finer flute takes a cleaner print and creases more sharply.
