FEFCO 0450 Box Template Generator
Tray with angled end-wall creases and corner ears. A single-wall tray with a 45 degree crease inside each end wall running from the base corner out to the free edge, so the wall folds diagonally as the tray is squared up. A plain square ear at each corner hangs off the end wall and is slit free of the side wall.

What is FEFCO 0450?
FEFCO 0450 is cut and creased from a single blank that folds up around the product, usually without a glued joint. A single-wall tray with a 45 degree crease inside each end wall running from the base corner out to the free edge, so the wall folds diagonally as the tray is squared up. A plain square ear at each corner hangs off the end wall and is slit free of the side wall.
Uses
- Retail and gift packaging, where the box is seen by the customer
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
Disadvantages
- No standard style suits every product; check the fit against a sample before committing to a tool

Single wall B or E flute. E flute where the outside will be printed, since the finer flute takes a cleaner print and creases more sharply.
