FEFCO 0451 Box Template Generator
Tray with angled end-wall creases and side-hung ears. The same blank as 0450 — base, four walls and the 45 degree crease inside each end wall — with the corner ear hinged to the side wall instead and slit free of the end wall. That single change is the whole difference between the two codes.

What is FEFCO 0451?
FEFCO 0451 is cut and creased from a single blank that folds up around the product, usually without a glued joint. The same blank as 0450 — base, four walls and the 45 degree crease inside each end wall — with the corner ear hinged to the side wall instead and slit free of the end wall. That single change is the whole difference between the two codes.
Uses
- General packing where a simple, economical board box is wanted
Advantages
- Cut from a single blank, so there is one tool and one part to stock
Disadvantages
- No standard style suits every product; check the fit against a sample before committing to a tool

Recommended board grades
Single wall B or E flute. E flute where the outside will be printed, since the finer flute takes a cleaner print and creases more sharply.
